K Rend HP12 Data Sheet

K Rend HP12 is a high polymer base coat designed to provide enhanced performance on difficult substrates. It has increased water resistance and adhesion. It may be applied by hand or spray and the use of scrim cloth may be required.

Coverage: 1.8kg / mm thick / sq m
Require: 8-11kg / sq m for 4-6mm thickness when used with K Rend mineral renders.
Require: 18-20kg / sq m for 10-11mm thickness when applied onto solid substrates with K Rend TC

Application Instructions:

Primary Coat, where required should be applied to substrates as preparation for subsequent coats. Thickness should be as per product specification. It is important to take special care to straighten with a Darby / straight edge to ensure that the next coat is applied to uniform level
Form a light key only
Allow 24 hours curing time before further application, unless advised otherwise. For info on unusual substrates, seek technical advise
