Use with timber joist ceilings, floors and ceiling systems for increased acoustic performance. Ceiling hangers are a good choice where you are able to lose 100mm ( or about 4 inches) of ceiling height.
It is one of the least intrusive methods of sound insulating your ceiling. Fix the Evolution Acoustic Hanger to the base material using the correct combination of fastener and washer, do not overdrive the fastener, as this may lessen the acoustic performance.
Please Note: Additional 25mm ‘penny’ washers must be used in conjunction with these products.
