Delivery Information
We will process the order the same day (orders received before 12.00 PM), and the estimated delivery is 1-3 working days. Due to seasonal holiday, Delivery lead time now in next year.
In extreme cases, this may be delayed due to remote locations or stock availability.
We cover most of England, except for certain grey areas (parts of Scotland, Wales and Cornwall), resulting in either an extended delivery time or order cancellation. If you are not sure or require clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please do not book any tradespersons/builders to be on site until the items have arrived, but we rarely ever disappoint our delivery service.
Deliveries are only made to the curbside of the address given. They will offload the products with a crane, which reaches up to 5m. Do not purchase if you expect goods to be delivered further inside your site. Most drivers are very cooperative and are willing to help you best with your delivery needs, so please be polite and smile, and they will help their best.
