Insulation Supplies for Bristol, Bath & the South West
The South West gets more wind-driven rain than most of England, and much of its housing is old: Victorian terraces across Bristol, Georgian Bath stone in Bath, and stone cottages throughout Gloucestershire, Somerset and Devon. Keeping walls dry matters as much as keeping them warm.
Bristol terraces
Bristol's Victorian terraces are mostly solid-walled. Line them with insulated plasterboard where the wall is dry, and top up lofts with loft roll. For loft conversions, use pitched roof boards.
Bath stone and listed buildings
Much of Bath is listed, and the whole city is a World Heritage Site, so many changes to walls and windows need consent. Speak to the council's conservation team first, and talk to us about a build-up suited to traditional stone before ordering.
Render and external wall insulation
For exposed elevations and modern builds, we supply external wall insulation, carrier boards and render systems including K-Rend and KLEiB.
Delivery across the South West
We deliver to Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucester and Exeter. Further west, parts of Cornwall can take longer or fall outside our standard delivery area, so contact us with your postcode before ordering. Deliveries are kerbside with crane offload. Check stock before 10am for next-day options in the main areas; otherwise allow 2–3 working days.
South West FAQs
Do you deliver to Cornwall?
To some parts, with longer lead times. Send us your postcode and we'll confirm.
Can I use insulated plasterboard on a Bath stone wall?
It depends on the wall's condition and whether the building is listed. Get consent where it's needed and check the build-up with us first.
Do you cover the Midlands?
Yes. See our Birmingham & West Midlands page.
