TVS Mineral Ceiling Tiles are a reliable and cost-effective solution for commercial suspended ceiling systems where a balanced combination of acoustic performance, fire safety, moisture resistance, and clean visual appearance is required. Manufactured with a mineral fibre substrate and finished with factory-applied water-based paint, these tiles provide a smooth, professional ceiling finish suitable for a wide range of interior environments.

The tile features a light granulated surface texture with virtually invisible micro-perforations, offering a smoother look than standard perforated ceiling tiles while helping to improve sound absorption. TVS Mineral achieves an NRC of 0.70 and a CAC of 37dB in the square edge option, making it a practical choice for projects where controlling everyday noise and improving room comfort are important.

TVS Mineral also performs strongly in demanding environments, with maximum 99% RH humidity resistance, 88% light reflectance, and a Euroclass A2-s1,d0 fire reaction classification. It is also rated Class A for surface burning characteristics under ASTM E84. These properties make it well suited for education, office, retail, and public access settings where safety, durability, and brightness all matter.

Designed in a 600 x 600mm format with 16mm thickness, TVS Mineral ceiling tiles are available in square edge and T24 edge options. The square edge tile has a white finish similar to RAL 9016, low VOC emissions, and washability/scrubbability performance exceeding 1000 wash/scrub cycles upon request. Antimicrobial treatment is also available on request for the face and back surfaces to help inhibit mould growth.
