Soft Ceiling Tiles are a high-performance, cost-effective suspended ceiling solution designed to deliver excellent sound absorption, fire performance, light reflection, and dimensional stability. Manufactured from 100% stone wool with a high-quality glass fibre fleece finish on both sides, these ceiling tiles are ideal for commercial and interior spaces where acoustic comfort, durability, and a clean modern finish are required.
With a 600 x 600mm module size and 15mm thickness, TVS Soft tiles are designed for easy installation on T15 and T24 exposed grid systems. Their SQ edge detail provides a neat suspended ceiling appearance while also allowing easy access to the ceiling void for future maintenance and services. Each pack contains 16 panels, covering 5.76m². Available in white and black, TVS Soft tiles offer flexibility for a wide range of ceiling designs.
A major benefit of TVS Soft is its strong acoustic performance. These stone wool ceiling tiles achieve Class A sound absorption with a weighted sound absorption index of aw 0.93 and 0.90 NRC, helping to reduce echo and improve speech clarity in occupied spaces. This makes them an excellent option for environments where noise control and occupant comfort are important.
TVS Soft ceiling tiles also provide excellent fire safety performance. The product is rated Euroclass A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1, meaning it offers very high resistance to fire contribution. In addition, the tiles deliver strong performance in humid environments, maintaining their shape even at 100% relative humidity, and can be installed in temperatures between 0°C and 40°C.
The smooth white surface reflects light at a rate of approximately 85%, helping brighten interior spaces and support a more comfortable environment by diffusing light evenly. TVS Soft tiles also offer thermal insulation benefits, with the stone wool core providing lambda values as low as 35mW/mK. The product comes with a 15-year guarantee and is manufactured with environmental considerations in mind, using a high proportion of stone wool and certified to ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
