Designed for removable ceiling systems, TVS Cleancare Smooth v2 offers 90% RH moisture resistance up to 30°C, making it well suited to environments exposed to higher humidity. The tile also incorporates an aluminium-coloured sheet on the rear, which acts as a vapour barrier and helps protect the tile from leaks in the ceiling void. This makes it a dependable option for spaces where moisture resistance and easy maintenance are a priority.

Cleancare Smooth v2 also provides good light reflectance, helping create brighter interiors, while its smooth vinyl surface makes day-to-day cleaning simple. The product is supplied in boxed quantities for easier transport around site and is fully recyclable, making it a practical choice for contractors, fit-out projects, and commercial refurbishments.

Available in 600 x 600mm and 1200 x 600mm sizes with a square edge profile, the tile has a nominal 8mm thickness and achieves a Euroclass B-s1,d0 fire rating.
