Healthcare Ceiling Tiles are a durable and cost-effective suspended ceiling solution manufactured from 100% stone wool with a high-quality glass fibre fleece on both sides. Designed to provide strong all-round performance, these ceiling tiles combine excellent acoustic absorption, reliable fire resistance, and long-term dimensional stability, making them suitable for healthcare environments and other interior spaces where comfort, hygiene, and performance matter.

A key benefit of TVS Healthcare is its excellent acoustic performance. The tile achieves Class A sound absorption with an NRC of 0.90 and a weighted sound absorption index aw of 0.93, helping to reduce echo and improve speech clarity across a wide frequency range. The smooth surface is designed without visible perforations or holes, giving a cleaner appearance while still delivering high sound absorption.

TVS Healthcare ceiling tiles also offer strong fire performance. The product is rated Euroclass A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1, giving confidence in projects where fire safety is a key specification requirement. The tiles also provide 85% light reflectance and complete light diffusion to help create brighter interiors without harsh glare.

For humid environments, TVS Healthcare tiles maintain their dimensions even at 100% relative humidity and can be installed at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. The brochure also states that the product offers a 15-year guarantee, making it a strong long-term ceiling specification.
