Siniat GTEC Wallboard Data Sheet
A high-quality gypsum material is used in the manufacture of Siniat GTEC Wallboard Square Edge. This board is ideal for partitions, linings, and ceilings where normal fire, structural, and acoustic levels are required. A variety of sizes are available with square or tapered edges.
It is suitable for textured finishes or undecorated applications as well as for plastering with gypsum.
These boards have a square edge and are ideal for applications that do not require decoration. They can also be used to receive gypsum plaster.
To help achieve a flush finish, tapered edge boards are used for jointing and taping applications, and they can usually accept a single coat of gypsum plaster. GTEC Standard Boards are designed and should be joined and finished with GTEC Jointing Systems.
The GTEC Wallboard Square Edge can be used with BS EN 13279-1:2008 gypsum finishing plasters. It is possible to decorate the ivory-colored front of the board. Prior to decorating, the boards must be primed with GTEC Universal Sealer.
